Timebooking

We have added a new module which allows you to capture accurate timebooking records for your field staff.  This can be categorised as you require with clear distinctions on overheads such as travel or overtime available.  Timesheets and productivity reports can be generated from the office accurately and easily, either for individuals, contracts, clients or sites.

Sage Integration

eSquiggles can now seamlessly integrate with Sage.  This allows engineers to access your sage product list on the mobile application and log parts and quantities used within jobs.  This then automatically generates invoices within sage.  More info at http://www.esquiggles.com/new-sage-integration-module-allows-clients-to-speed-up-invoicing-and-improve-cash-flow/

New Control Types

We have two new control types which may be of interest.

·         Grid Control – This allows repeating groups of data to be captured within a form using a simple grid – similar to Excel.

·         Bill of Materials – this allows for a parts list to be accessed on the mobile application.

Other Minor enhancements

  • Minor changes
    • There is a new “Downloaded” state to determine when jobs were downloaded to devices.
    • The Date Search function on the list jobs screen allows users to serach for specific days as well as date ranges.
    • There are a host of new Schema Fields avaialble in the word documents – see the help for more info
  • Minor Bug fixes
    • Dashes / questions in section names are now handled correctly
