One of eSquiggles’ newest clients, Chardfm, has been shortlisted for this year’s i-FM e-business award. The award is part of the PFM awards which is recognised as a key event in the FM calendar. The nomination is based on a technology integration project which will enhance the investment Chardfm has made in the eSquiggles data collection software, FSI CAFM system, Northgate vehicle monitoring tracker system, Direct Call telecoms platform and the Veecom Systems mobile platform.

All of these technologies are key to the Chardfm strategy for ‘connected fm thinking’ and innovative, customer focused FM service provision. The project will ‘join up’ the systems and allow them to share data seamlessly. This will streamline business processes and information sharing within Chardfm, providing an integrated service delivery model and enhanced levels of customer service.
