With a growing market across the rest of the UK, we are pleased to have now secured our first client within Northern Ireland. Belfast based Graham Environmental Services is part of the Graham Group. Founded over a century ago, Graham has certainly moved with the times to stay at the forefront of its chosen markets by remaining focused on customer satisfaction, working efficiently and investing in technology to facilitate this. The Environmental Services division was the first within the Graham Group to invest in the eSquiggles risk assessment and mobile working software. Completing risk assessments by hand and retyping the documentation is now a thing of the past and already the company is exploring other areas where eSquiggles could improve ways of working.
Stephen McCreanor, Environmental Services Manager at Graham, summarises the project to date, “As eSquiggles expands out of Scotland we are expanding into it. We have a number of new clients in Scotland and the use of eSquiggles to perform risk assessments has given us an edge in securing contracts. Not only are we more streamlined in risk assessing and producing the documentation, we are also able to monitor the status of jobs onsite and report back to our clients more accurately and efficiently. The team here are very hands on and we are keen to make use of the forms designer so that we can expand the use of eSquiggles without having to rely on the eSquiggles team. Asbestos control and fire risk assessments are hopefully going to be next on the agenda.”
