Promanex to use eSquiggles to automate risk assessments
Published: December 8, 2009
The eSquiggles team is pleased to welcome Promanex on board as our newest client. Promanex is focused on its strategy for growth and has already been recognised nationally by the Sunday Times Deloitte Buyout Track as a rapidly growing company. With major clients on board for its legionella and water testing services, it was essential that the company had the technical infrastructure in place to fulfil contracts quickly, efficiently, yet with high levels of customer service.
Dennis Kelly, Risk Assessment Manager at Promanex, comments on the project, “We were keen to eliminate processes which were a strain on time and money. Manually collecting risk assessment data and typing up reports was an obvious inefficiency. We have recently invested in the eSquiggles risk assessment tool to automate this process which should save our risk assessors time and reduce the level of admin and paperwork. All going well, the number of eSquiggles users will grow in line with the growth of the division.”
