Version 2.0.2 of the system has been released. This version includes the following enhancements;
Audit / Compliance – The system can be configured to keep a snapshot of job data prior to any changes made at the QA stage.
New fields avaialble for use in the completed word reports. You can now include the state history timestamps in the word document.
Enhanced report configuration
Per Site Attachments – Electronic documentation can now be stored per site (as well as per job), and there is an option to automatically include site attachmetns with all jobs for that site. This would be useful for sending site operating procedures or schematics with every job.
Improvements to the asset register
Assets can now be synchronised wirelessly. We have also introduced compression to improve the speed of synchronisation.
On the device there is now an option to view assets from the job summary screen. This lists all the assets at the job’s site.
PPM enhancements
Pre planned schedules can now be configured to “clone” the most recent job of the same type at the site. This would be useful where the engineer wishes to review and amend the most recent copy instead of compelting an entire new job. The option to create a blank job is still available if required.
Notes from the PPM schedule can be included in the jobs related to the PPM.
